House Heller
Rüschlikon
2008
This charming single-family home from the 1960s has been thoughtfully renovated and adapted to meet contemporary living standards. The focus was on upgrading the building envelope for energy efficiency and reconfiguring the interior spaces with care and precision.
In the attic, new roof windows, insulation, and the removal of interior partitions opened up a bright and spacious living area. Throughout the house, kitchens and bathrooms were renewed, spaces were reorganized, and high-quality materials were applied. Original features such as parquet flooring and built-in woodwork were carefully restored and complemented.
Beyond the interior, the building received a complete technical overhaul, with updates to electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. The façade and roof were insulated, repainted, and fitted with new windows. The result is a modernized home that elegantly blends old and new, combining comfort, character, and craftsmanship.
