Wallisellen

2022

The new development opens up the urban space from Richtistrasse to Integraplatz in the direction of Hammerweg. The 60 meter high residential tower forms the head of the development and is perceived as an elegant and slender structure. The architecture is friendly, approachable and conveys a sense of continuity. The white facade surface avoids a strong contrast with the changing sky and also refers to the existing residential buildings from the Richtiareal. The expression of the facade lies in the borderline between skeleton structure and perforated facade. Through light and shadow, both depth and surface are expressed. The residential towers stand on a concise two-story base, which strengthens the lively urban space with its program and on which the Skygarden is located.å
