Transparency, openness, flexibility, and comfort characterize our design for the Alpine Innovation Hub in Crans-Montana. AlpineX functions like a village within the village and offers everything the digital nomads of the 21st century need. Flexible lab and office spaces strengthen Crans-Montana as a location even outside the tourist season. Restaurants, fitness, and various stores invite visitors to linger. In terms of urban planning, the building gives the town a new modern face. It complements the public space with a lively first floor and thus continues the character of the village center. A flexible wooden structure and generous terraces additionally mediate with the village and the surrounding nature. A varied development network connects the subareas and creates exciting vistas and encounters – just as you would look for in the mountains.
